Description
The rear wheel is an essential part of any mobility scooter’s drive train assembly, so it is incredibly important that the rear wheels are properly maintained and replaced if damaged or worn down. Poor traction on the rear wheels leads to increased wear on the motor, which can be very expensive to repair or replace.
Note: Early EW-36 and EW-36 Elite scooters rolled along on 16″x2.5″ tires. In 2018 this was changed to 15″x3.5″ (also known as 90/70-10). This wheel assembly is the most recent version.
